Often done in a single visit
Because we are mobile, we cut and program at your location, so there is no second trip to a shop. For a spare on most vehicles, we can have a working key ready in one visit, often in a short window once we arrive.
A plain metal key is the quickest, since it is mostly cutting. A transponder, remote-head, or smart key adds programming time, but for many cars that still fits comfortably into one on-site visit.
What can slow it down
All-keys-lost takes longer than a spare, because the car has to be taught to trust a new key with none present. Some vehicles also enforce a built-in security wait before accepting a new key, and that timer is set by the car and cannot be rushed.
Rare or specialty keys can add time if the right blank or fob has to be sourced. We flag this when you call so the timeline is clear before we head out rather than a surprise on site.
How to make it faster
Tell us your year, make, and model when you call, and whether you still have a working key. That lets us load the right blanks and equipment so we are ready the moment we arrive.
Being reachable and having the vehicle accessible helps too. The smoother the access and the clearer the details, the quicker we can get you back on the road.
